​Core Process psychotherapy is a mindfulness-based approach that can support us to bring a more spacious awareness to what is difficult and/or causing us to suffer.

​Practised within an atmosphere of joint-enquiry, kindness and compassion, the approach understands awareness to be intrinsically healing and supportive of our discovering greater choice and freedom in our lives.
